After more than 10 years on an extended hiatus, 98 Degrees are back with new music, and even an upcoming tour. This summer they're hitting the road with the New Kids on the Block and Boys II Men with the highly anticipated "The Package Tour."

Okay, good! So the new album from 98 Degrees is called "2.0" and it's available online and in stores now. Yesterday Jeff Timmons from the group called me up for a chat. We talk about the new material, his stint in the Chippendales, what he thinks of the new generation of boy bands, and he even reveals a surprising truth about Jessica Simpson.

They take the stage at the Kelowna Community Theatre this Monday. (Ticket info right here)

You know what? I really like it too! I like how it elevates my mood, I like the extra energy I have, I even like the soreness after a solid work-out. That's all well and good and all I'm sure, and if you spend some time workin' on your fitness, you already know that and don't need this gluttonous slob to tell you that.
But one other thing I was surprised to discover ...
