Beyonce is crazy in love with motherhood -- even diaper duty!

She opened up on Anderson Cooper earlier this week about how she LOVES changing diapers. She said, "I love changing diapers. I love it. I love every moment of it, it's so beautiful. I love it all!"

Really? She calls her daughters poop beautiful? Does it come out looking like the Mona Lisa?
