Do you long for an urban lifestyle in the heart of Kelowna’s mid-town? Or maybe you already have a home and want a makeover! Sun FM along with Momentum Interiors, The Mission Group and The Centre For Arts and Technology (CATO) want to give you some ideas!
Two teams of interior design students from CATO designed modern living spaces at 'Dwell',a trendy urban community built by the Mission Group. The students had access to the amazing inventory of Momentum Interiors and mentoring from the experienced design professionals there. Each of the teams decorated a 2-bathroom, 2-bedroom + den townhome, totalling 1321 sq. ft. of indoor living space. These homes, and all the townhomes at Dwell, also have an additional 485 sq. ft. private rooftop sundeck.

Vote for your favourite online, or stop by Dwell from 1-4pm on weekends to see the homes and register to win a $1000 shopping spree at Momentum Interiors! Next Top Designer showhomes are on display until the contest ends on May 31st.
