Sun FM is proud to support the Kelowna Community Food Bank Challenge! This challenge hopes to get 200 businesses involved to raise 500,000 meals for the Kelowna Food Bank through the ViSalus giving program.

ViSalus has helped thousands of people achieve their personal goals of health and fitness and enjoy greater financial prosperity. To celebrate this prosperity in the spirit of contribution, ViSalus is proud to launch the Body by Vi Community Challenge with the Kelowna Food Bank. This initiative allows anyone with a passion for giving back the ability to donate to the company’s Vi-Shape nutritional shake protein meals to children and families who do not have the means to get the quality nutrition they need each day. A donation as small as $24 dollars helps provide 30 shake meals, and ViSalus will proudly match every donation meal for meal for a total of 60 meals per $24 donation. With the Vi-Shake meals Children will receive the needed vitamins and nutrition for their developing bodies giving them a healthy future. Beyond the nutritional benefits, kids love the taste. It is so important for all of us to have good health.

For the Kelowna Community challenge to meet their goals they need the support of the local business community and their networks. The Community Challenge works best with many helping hands. That is why we are asking for the support of 200 local businesses. Each business will be asked to join the challenge first with a donation of $24 which will purchase 1 bag of shake mix and trigger a matching bag from Visalus. This donation will give the business a unique computer number and website which will be utilized to track each donor that the company refers. This process is important because of the prises that can be won. To meet our goals of 500,000 meals each company would only have to have 42 of their customer’s purchase 1 - $24 meal replacement bag of shake mix.

Each business that participates in the program will have a chance to win the grand prize; an advertizing packages valued at $5000! There will also be a random draw for three participating customers; three lucky customers will win 1 bag of shake mix 30 meals, 1 bag per month for 3 months, a retail value of $180 of free food per person.
