By the end of this year, FortisBC PowerSense will have distributed over 35,000 free laundry lines to customers at community events all over the Kelowna, the South Okanagan and the Kootenays, helping save energy and money.  By putting these laundry lines to good use, our customers can save more than 5.2 gigawatt hours of electricity, enough to power 417 homes or an entire subdivision for a year.
