This 2004 compilation really isn't a Spin Doctors greatest-hits collection (for that one would have to look for 2000's Just Go Ahead Now) by any stretch of the word. Rather Sony threw together a random assortment of hits from their first biggest album and scattered them about with some live recordings. The treat here is the live performances. As die-hard fans of the group can attest to, the Spin Doctors were truly at their best in a live environment, stretching out songs and jamming them to epic conclusions. This is not exactly the best starting point for the casual listener to begin exploring the group's sound, but die-hard fans of the group might enjoy this disc if only for the live performances.
