Sr. Foerster Not Made Bail

Also changed lawyers

5/23/2012

A Cherryville man charged in connection with the murder of an

Armstrong teen is still in custody. 58-year-old Stephen Foerster hasn't been able to make his

one-hundred thousand dollar cash bail and two sureties.

Foerster is charged with being an accessory after the fact and obstructing justice in the murder

of 18-year-old Taylor Van Diest last Halloween.   Foerster has also changed lawyers and is now represented by

Vernon lawyer, Richard Hewson.  His case has been put over to June 13.

His son, Matthew, is charged with first-degree murder and will be back in court in a month.
