Mayors from across Canada are gathering in Saskatoon for the annual meeting of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities.
The City of Kelowna has sent a good contingent to the four day conference.
Mayor Walter Gray is joined by councillors Colin Basran, Maxine DeHart and Gail Given.
Mayors say many cities are barely scraping by and need more money from the federal government for things such as roads, water and transit.
The mayors say cities currently get eight cents on the tax dollar, and it isn't enough.
