Park re-opens after flooding

6/20/2012

A popular regional park has re-opened after flooding closed it down 10 days ago.

Mill Creek Regional Park in the Ellison area re-opened today after minor repair work was performed on trails, bridges and stairs due to flooding when the creek overflowed its banks June 10th.

Even though the park has re-opened, the Regional Disitrict is warning visitors to stay clear of the creek bank as water levels could rise without warning.
