Cocaine trafficker convicted

It took seven years, but a West Kelowna man has been convicted of possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.
43 year old Darryl James Wilcox was convicted of the offence earlier this month.
On October 25, 2005 police seized 18kgs of cocaine and arrested Wilcox.
It was one of the largest cocaine seizures in Okanagan history.
He is scheduled to be sentenced on September 7 of this year.
