A Highstream flow advisory for the Central Okanagan is being rescinded.
Regional District of the Central Okanagan Spokesperson, Bruce Smith says a highstream flow warning is being put in its place, adding there is still snowpack in the elevations that needs to melt.
Smith says the threat of flooding isn't completely over.
"Over the next few days we anticipate the snowpack is going to melt at a quicker pace. Temperatures are expected to rise to seasonal, so there is still that water that needs to come down."
Smith says that coupled with the unpredictability of the weather, the highstreamflow advisory could be put back in place at a moments notice.
