Police confirm that two people have died as a result of this crash. Also two people have been injured, one very seriously and was flown to Kelowna hospital by air ambulance.  The second victim was driven by ambulance to Kelowna Hospital as well. We suggest these proportions for optimum Shamrock Shake authenticity. 2 cups vanilla ice cream ¾ cup of milk ¾ teaspoon peppermint extract Step 3: Add Food Coloring The final touch is, of course, the green!
